I highly recommend making a mock up/muslin! I can’t stress this enough! There is always slight variations in printers and how people tape the pages together. I have done my best to eliminate all variables, but I can only do so much.

This pattern INCLUDES seam allowance.

Fabric estimations are based on a 45″ bolt width. you may need more material if using a narrower bolt of fabric.

Be sure to check that all files for printing are sized to 100% and are set to “black and white” print.

The Cut Away Dress Evelyn pattern includes 4 Zip files: The full pattern PDFs (SIZES XS – XXL) in US LETTER, A4, and A0, printing instructions, written sewing instructions, and tech sheet. You are able to print out the pattern at home and tape the pages together by following the numbers on the pages. You can also take the A0 file to a printing company to have it printed 3 pages that are in one line. Please read the printing instructions that will be included in this purchase to be able to print correctly and the sewing instructions for more details.

In my YouTube video I used a medium weight black jersey knit stretch for the main body and a lightweight lace fabric for the accent cut away.

MATERIALS:
– 1.4 meters (1.6 yards) of main body fabric as well as accent fabric
– Matching thread
– (optional) roller foot for sewing machine

Suggested Primary fabric:
Any medium to heavy weight stretch with 40-60% stretch will work. Spandex, Lycra, knit, are all fine.

Suggested Secondary fabric:
any light to medium weight woven with no stretch, like organza, lace, or chiffon.
